Last week I had my fastest mile ever! At 16:35 it certainly wasn't Olympic qualifying but it felt so good to me! I usually run around 18 mile and improve every time. I had a really bad run that had me feel sad before that so it was definitely an awesome feeling!

Saturday-Jillian
Sunday- Jillian/Long walk?
Monday- hike? or rest day
Tuesday- C25K or Video?
