Pretty Strong Medicine

As always not much to report, I slipped again and haven't been tracking or exercising... I know same old. But this is my blog and I am keeping track of my experience. Excited for my run tonight and going to start the 300 Ab challenge that Holly and some other ladies started last week.

I have a plan for the week and ready to tackle!

  1. It's tough to track everyday. You can do it. I am still trying to keep up with the ab challenge, but it's hard!

  2. Everyone goes through a rough patch - keep your head up and stay motivated! Having a challenge to do always helps me :)
